I have been in the real estate business for over 32 years and have weathered through the hardest recession for the industry since the depression. I am a native of the area, know the history of the communities and their commerce. Many of my buyers enjoy the background I provide when coming in to look at the homes. Knowing the schools, employment, shopping, arts, recreation which includes the lakes, gives the buyers comfort in the area they are moving to. Sellers like the positive attitude that comes from being able to answer questions that concern the buyers and in the end help them relax in their decisions. The end result is my persistence to see the deal through. Bringing all the ends together to successful conclusion.
