Prior to transitioning into the field of real estate, Dan dedicated his work to teaching elementary and middle school for over 20 years. Being a teacher taught Dan hard work, detailed organization, negotiating, and professional communication while working with kids and adults. As an educator, Dan always strived to help other teachers and students to improve the classroom, the school, and the community.

Dan is married to his wife, Gretchen. When Dan is not busy helping people in real estate, he enjoys being outside hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and enjoying nature. Dan and Gretchen enjoy spending time together out in nature, playing board and card games, or traveling.

Dan enjoys working with a wonderful team of REALTORS at Pleasant View Realty. He enjoys putting his passion of hard work, detailed organization, prompt communication, and professionalism into use to help you sell an existing home or buy the home of your dreams. Continued education (ABR, RENE, PSA, CLP), growing in knowledge and skill, and understanding market trends is important to be able to bring that to every transaction. Dan is a experienced, trustworthy REALTOR who is excited to make the process as easy, simple, and stress-free as possible.
