I provide the community with experience, an honest assessment and advice on all of their real estate needs. I started real estate in 1992. What brought me into this line of work was many friends and family telling me I could sell ice to an Eskimo. I also been told and now believe that I am very honest, caring and friendly person.
I can help people make a informed decision that best serves the needs of them and their families. I also believe in the golden rule. Karma, what goes around comes around, I treat people, the way I would want to be treated. I pride myself in honesty and integrity and have empathy for whatever situation someone might be in.
My biggest inspiration are those who support me to help me support the people that need my help and support. I enjoy helping people realize their dream of being homeowners and helping my sellers sell their home to get the most profit we can by making the transaction stress-free and pleasant.
Jessica Chirafisi is business partner and buyer/listing specialist. She has been working full time with me since 2012. Normally one would say it's an employee/ employer relationship but Jessica has been a part of my family for 21 years. So I feel like I have a daughter working with me. We both go above and beyond to help each other out of loyalty and care.
I believe the future of our communities are our children and I support them every chance I get so they will grow up to better things for themselves and everyone, be kind, caring and intelligent so they can have the best life possible and will contribute to society positively as a whole.
I also want to be more involved in our community by contributing and staying informed with our local politics using my experiences as a tool. I also have a great interest volunteering with such things as visiting and spending time with our elderly citizens, working one on one with our children and administrative needs in our community such as voting polls, helping the city administers, and help needed by local police and firefighters. I will be seeking such opportunities in the very near future when my business in my real estate career takes tiny little breaks here and there. I will find the time to help my fellow citizens which will also enlighten my life.
