Because I am committed to the profession AND my community, I am the non-profit advocate for the TART Trails as the Traverse Area Association of Realtors non-profit partner. I am a past president of the Womens Council of Realtors Northern Michigan and was their Member of the Year in 2015, I was recognized with the Traverse Area Association of Realtors Public Advocacy Award in 2013 and, in my first year, got the Rookie of the Year Designation. Ive also received the Traverse Area Association of Realtors Community Steward Designation. I serve in my township as the Planning Commission Chair and Housing and Comminutes seat, member of the Parks and Trails Committee and on our annual Board of Review.
My family and I live on East Bay and my husband, Tim, is a dentist in Traverse City. We have two young children who are enjoying a Northern Michigan upbringing with with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Yuba and kitty Lower Peninsula (Ellie). When Im not working on real estate or relaxing on the beach with my family, I love working in our yard where I can indulge my love of peonies. I also like to keep busy weight training or doing cardio dance classes. My most serious passion is cooking. Im a serious, from scratch, cook and love to work with local ingredients and every kind of vegetable I can get my hands on!
