Toward that end, I listen so I know what is most important to them. Then I advise and guide them in their decisions while I do my part to achieve the results they want. My clients expect the best from me, and they get it beginning with communication. Not only do I keep them informed of everything related to their purchase or sale; they know that if they call or email with a question or concern I'll respond as quickly as possible. If they just need to'talk something out,' I'll take the time to listen. Clients also know that I won't mislead them, and that I'll give them my honest opinion. If I see a potential problem, I'll share that thought rather than let them go ahead with a decision that might not be beneficial.
