Josh was born and raised in the Willamette Valley where he developed a love for the outdoors at a very young age. He grew up framing houses for his dads company which became a very useful tool when he bought his first home at the age of 20. He started two businesses with his brother the first one at the age of 15 which was building picture frames for frame shops. The second which is still operating in Harrisburg is Java Joy where they serve the community with their local coffee shop. Now Josh and his wife Zoe own a home in Eugene that they remodeled to better suit their needs for their first home as a couple. They love to play and coach volleyball, serve in their church community, and are always looking for the next housing project. Joshs background in framing, personal experience remodeling homes, and love for the housing industry gives him a unique perspective to aid you in your real estate experience.
