Beth Davies is a Portland, Oregon native and a fifth-generation Oregonian who has spent most of her life in this beautiful state. Shes been living in Bend since 2004, and has worked a licensed realtor since 1998.
Watching Bend and Oregon grow and evolve has only made Beth love this region more and more. I feel a complete sense of pride in being part of such a beautiful piece of the country, says Beth, who has also lived in Colorado, Minnesota, Washington D.C. and Italy.
Beth chose real estate as a profession in part because she loves the art of negotiation. I get an adrenaline rush when I am in the heat of 'the battle', she says. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than negotiating favorable terms for my clients. Having lived and worked through a diversity of economic boom and bust cycles, Beth thrives on staying abreast of general economic conditions, and specific real estate market conditions.
As a graduate from The Colorado College with a double major in Political Science and Economics, Beths interests still include keeping abreast of local politics and the economic viability of our community. Other passions include the environment and helping to protect and preserve the land surrounding her home. I support organizations that help Bend grow responsibly and promote local businesses. I believe in being part of the solution.
Beth is mother to three daughters, a devoted yogi, lover of local sporting events, community organization and an volunteer. She loves putting her skills and experience to work for new real estate clients.
