A native of Philadelphia, Dick spent almost Twenty-Five (25) years traveling the globe serving our country with the United States Air Force. Serving in the Southeast Asia Conflict early in his career, and finished his career serving in the Gulf War in Southwest Asia. After retiring from the military, he and his wife Lynde selected the Felton, Delaware area as their permanent residence in 1994. Dick also embarked on a new career in Real Estate with Harrington ERA Realty, Inc, a move that has been both fun and rewarding. Dick immediately became involved in the local association, where he served as President of the Kent County Association of Realtors in 2002 and in 2006 was President of the Delaware Association of Realtors. Dick has served on various committees at the local, state and national level. Dick is our Region 3 Vice President-Elect for 2012. Dick was selected as Kent County Delawares Sales Associate of the Year for 1997, Realtor of the Year in 2002 and Delawares Realtor of the Year in 2006. Dick is currently the Broker of Record for Harrington ERA Realtys Office in Milford, Delaware. Dick holds the CRS, GRI and ABR designations.Dick and his wife, Lynde, have been married for over forty years. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
