Hi there! I have been in real estate since before some of you were born! But it is a great business with never a dull moment. The market is challenging but I can help you take advantage of whats out there.
In my free time, I like to go tour historic homes and estates. I love to visit art museums and public gardens. I admire different kinds of architecture, from historic to the cottages of Carmel to the wonderful front and back porches of Charleston SC where my daughter goes to college. And of course, what is a day without exploring new sections of the area I don't know anything about.
I specialize in upper end properties in the Calvert, St Mary's and Southern Anne Arundel areas. But my business spans all price ranges. I have a Property Management Company also, Nyman Management Services, LLC with offices in Dunkirk, Maryland. Having managed Real Estate offices for 20 some years, been an Associate Professor of Real Estate at U of MD and Prince George''''s Community College, and coming from a family who owned a Real Estate Firm, I have pretty much seen it all!
