I belong to several Williamsburg VA Real Estate organizations including the Virginia Association of Realtors, Central Virginia Association of Realtors, Real Estate information Network and The Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Throughout my career I have earned the designations that are abbreviated below: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Military Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, FAA Drone Pilot, Real Estate Staging Association, Shorts Sale/Foreclosure Resource and Broker Price Opinion Resource. To Further my knowledge, In 2011 I earned my Associate Brokers License which focuses on Team Leadership, Business Ownership, Brokerage, Property Management, Law and Appraisals.
I enjoy working in Real Estate as I love to help others find their new home. My personal eye for Staging helps my sellers when they are deciding what they need to do before Photography. I have always had the niche for Photography and spend time coaching sellers through the most important approaches to drive online business. As we all know most buyers start looking on line first! I work with a photographer which makes all the difference in the world with exposure to those who are relocating, military or even families looking for a 2nd home or vacation home. I have lived in the Williamsburg Area my entire life and know the market very well. The company I work for, Liz Moore and Associates strives to keep the top spot within the market in reference to listings and buyers. We separate ourselves from other companies by offering up front appraisals, home inspections and staging consultations were needed. While working with the buyer I offer advanced buyer coaching and preferred lenders that are always in the office to help. I also work closely with a closing company, Lytle Title and Escrow which is also located in my office that completes the transaction with a smile on your face!
