I have extensive knowledge in the real estate industry having over 25 years of combined experience in the real estate buying and selling process and the real estate title insurance and escrow closing process. My experience goes beyond the basics, including knowledge in training real estate professionals as a former real estate sales manager/trainer, knowledge in managing a real estate sales company as a former office manager/corporate officer, knowledge in real estate ownership rights, title, interests and the real estate escrow closing process as a former county manager/corporate officer of a national title insurance company and knowledge from working with multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions with local and national customers as a Senior Commercial Underwriter with a national title insurance company. I currently hold a Florida Real Estate Brokers Associates License and am a former Michigan Real Estate Broker. I am one of few Realtors active in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties who has earned a National Association of Realtors designation, receiving the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation acknowledging my experience and expertise in various real estate areas.
