As Christinas career advanced she was promoted to executive portfolio manager for El-ad National Properties, a private company with a major international presence in the real estate and hotel industries in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Israel. Over the years Christina has been perfecting her skills and gaining experience in various aspects of the real estate industry such as launching new developments, implementing creative advertising techniques and managing and mentoring sales associates. Ms. Sosa gained much experience and knowledge during her six-year tenor with a prestigious real estate sales and marketing firm that gave her the opportunity to sell and market many different properties for various developers in South Florida. These properties include MEi in Miami Beach, Apogee Beach in Hallandale Beach, Vizcayne in Downtown Miami, Residences above the Gansevoort Miami Beach 24th and Collins, Paramount Bay (pre-construction) and Edgewater Hotel Condo on Ocean Drive. Christina managed numerous condominium conversion projects generating hundreds of millions in revenues. Ms. Sosas strong administrative and time management skills allowed her to effectively manage many of these projects simultaneously. Christina's experience has evolved over the years and her main focus currently is on marketing and selling developer communities and luxury condominiums in Miami Beach, Miami, and Ft. Lauderdale. Christinas dedication and passion for her career earned her recognition as Builders Association of South Florida Sales Associate of the Year. While Christina's career has been focused on marketing and selling developer communities and luxury condominiums, one of her greatest attributes is her ability to connect with the individual needs of her clients.
