My experience with Eastside real estate is much more than a real estate license. I was born and raised in Southeast Portland, attended Portland Public Schools through 8th grade and then Central Catholic High School. I know the schools and neighborhoods of Eastside Portland in a way that only 50 plus years as a resident can teach you. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
I received a BA from Willamette University with Majors in both Business Economics and English. After college I spent 3 years at a large advertising agency (Brown Dugan & Associates, Inc.) writing copy, buying media and representing clients as an Account Executive. In the early 90's I had the opportunity to become the clothing buyer for a chain of Portland stores (The Jean Machine) working with multi-million dollar budgets and juggling marketing plans for 7 stores. When my children were born I took a 'leave' from the workplace. During this time, however, I started an e-Bay home business where I sold products ranging from jewelry to cars! Real Estate is the most remarkable combination of all of these things. Internet marketing also broadens the scope of your customer-base, making it a crucial piece of your marketing plan, which is why it is always an important element of my marketing plans.

Whether you are buying or selling, having a Realtor who knows the inventory and history of the area is essential in allowing you to get top dollar for your home, or snap up a great deal when it is listed. Research, research, research! I keep my finger on the pulse of the real estate market so I can help you make the best decisions. I love numbers and statistics and I know what is happening in the market. I am up to date on the trends in your area, and I spend a lot of time in the neighborhoods so I can get word-of-mouth tips and information. I create an RMLS profile for each of my clients which allows me to be alerted immediately to new listings that fit your specifications. This research also affords me the ability to correctly price your property for a quick sale at top market value.
