My story is very typical and similar to many of my clients; I was introduced to the islands through boating in 1978 by spending weekends fishing, diving and camping. In 1989 I built a home on Garrison Bay as a second residence. I commuted from the Seattle area most every weekend until 1995 when I located to the island permanently and joined Coldwell Banker. I have been a REALTOR for 29 years. I was named REALTOR of the Year in 2000, 2003 and 2011. I have been a member of the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society since 1998, and the International President's Elite Circle since 2014. I served on the San Juan County Board of REALTORS since 1996. I was the Designed Broker for Coldwell Banker for two years and now hold the position of Sales Manager/Agent. I enjoy working in real estate and my 19 years experience in the banking industry helps me assist those who have the same goal as I did. The properties sell themselves so all I have to do is use my real estate expertise to insure the transactions are handled properly.
