Jeff is a Real Estate Broker, as well as a commercial and residential Building Contractor with over 25 years of hands-on experience. His distinctive career includes 20 years as a Managing Partner for M3 Companies, one of the Southwests leading master-planned community developers. While in this role, Jeff participated in the successful creation, completion, and marketing of two separate premier lifestyle communities in Prescott, Arizona, as well as the planning and entitlements of three other select master-planned communities in Arizona, Idaho and Colorado. From land acquisitions, entitlement negotiations, construction, and sales and marketing through each phase of development and its comprehensive real estate services, Jeff excels in every aspect of what it takes to effectively lead and manage his specialized Team. This extensive diversity also provides clients with the highest level of representation on any type of a real estate venture. Jeff formed The Davis Group from his solid Mid-Western work ethics and a sincere love of the entire real estate process. He believes in working hard, yet knows that when you enjoy your work, its actually fun and when its fun, it produces greater results for everyone involved.
