Kathleen has been a top-producing REALTOR for forty years and ranks in the top 1% of agents in Petaluma. Specializing in Petaluma and Sonoma County sales, she also has extensive experience in Marin County and the Vacaville area. After so many years in the business, Kathleens zeal for her profession has only grown, and she loves what she does! Buyers and sellers have trusted her steady guidance so much that she now represents many of their children and grandchildren. Known for being easy to work with, and especially good with first-time homebuyers, Kathleen only chooses homes which she could recommend to any of her children. Her client loyalty is also thanks to her commitment to smooth, low-pressure transactions.

Kathleens passion for real estate runs in the family. Growing up in her native San Francisco, her father was President of Northern Counties Title Corporation, along with several other family members working in the industry. She worked in inside sales at IBM for seven years, before deciding that real estate would allow her the flexibility and career opportunities she desired. Owning AA Notary & Signing Service is another way that Kathleen is able to serve her clients during and beyond the close of escrow.

In 1982, just a few years after becoming licensed, Kathleen and her family moved north to Petaluma, a special place that is still affordable and a great place to raise kids. When her three sons were still in school, Kathleen was active in the Petaluma Valley Little League, Casa Grande High School Booster Club, and other efforts in the Petaluma and Old Adobe School Districts. Married for over forty years to Joe, a teamster, Kathleen now focuses her efforts on the Petaluma Elks Lodge and helping out with her two young grandchildren. Whenever they can, the sports-loving family also likes to visit Scottsdale, Arizona for the annual March spring training.

Client Testimonials
I've worked with a lot of Realtors. In my opinion, it is the Realtors ability to quickly handle problems that sets a good one apart from a stellar oneKathy Seibel totally knocked it out of the park.

Needing to get information from the bank, which was closed, she got creative, played a hunch, and found the contact information for a vendor and lit a fire under them using some magic propellant that got the situation resolved in mere minutes, which could have escalated into a weeks-long drama.

She was fast, responsive, creative, and didn't let anything stand between her and getting the problem solved immediately. All I can say is WOW and thank you!
