Curt has been a licensed REALTOR for almost 30 years and an Associate Broker for over a decade. He has the experience to get even the most complete real estate deals done.
As a former board member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association and instructor of Certified Sales Professional and CSP Advanced courses, Curt has built a comprehensive knowledge of strategic sales development and marketing initiatives. His expertise ranges from residential and commercial sales to adaptive mixed-use in both suburban and urban areas.
Curt has served in various capacities in all our associations at the local, state and national levels. In 2019 he was the President of The Richmond Association of Realtors. In 2023 he will serve as the Treasurer of the Virginia Association of Realtors and is currently a member of the Housing Opportunity Committee at the National Association of Realtors. Curt is also an advocate for homeowner rights by serving as a trustee on the Realtors PAC at both the local and state level.On a personal level, Curt sits on the Board of two local charities. One is REACH Cycles which provides bicycles for children with disabilities. The second is Friends of Richmond K-9's, which helps support retired police dogs.
