Communication nowadays comes in many forms such as texting, e mails phone calls and my favorite face to face meetings. I have a smart phone and use it all day, but you cant see a persons facial expressions or body language in a text. The best way to find out what someone is truly looking for is a face to face meeting, a written list of pros and cons, then a drive to the places that fit. I provide my clients with a booklet and a pen to keep their own notes on the properties and encourage photos to be taken. Often my first communication is online and yes I do go out and take extra pictures, provide tax info and gather any other info prior to them driving to Northern Michigan to see the properties. My mission is to make this as stress free and pleasant as possible.
