I started Creekview Realty because I always felt it was ridiculous how much I was paying out in real estate commissions every time I sold a house or did a flip. I knew other people must have been feeling the same way.
Instead of charging 6% of the purchase price, I'm going to list your property in the local MLS for $495. Pay a 3% commission only if another agent brings you a buyer. Any buyers who contact us directly will be referred to you so you can avoid paying the 3% to any agent.
When I represent your purchase, I return 2/3 of my commission in the form of a cash rebate at closing.
