Olaf began his career in real estate as an investor in 2002, first buying multi-family housing and then purchasing, remodeling, and selling homes for quick profit. Olaf is well versed in both property management and the foreclosure process and knowing how to find and acquire properties through short sales, and the different forms of foreclosure and other distressed methods. With his unique knowledge Olaf quickly became a reliable resource for local banks and credit unions who frequently hire him to evaluate properties as they enter into the foreclosure process.

Olaf officially became a licensed real estate agent in Oregon in 2007. In spite of the economic conditions at the time he has successfully grown his business every year to date. Olaf has managed sales ranging from $1.25 million Eugene area estates, rural hobby farms, and a recent $8.9 million commercial acquisition, and has also enjoyed finding first time home buyers a place to call home.

Olaf is a long standing member of the Million Dollar Club.
Olaf has been elected as the Vice President of the Million Dollar Club for 2016.
Olaf was voted as the #1 Real Estate Agent by Register Guard Peoples Choice Awards for 2011.

As a former river guide, Olaf enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping, hiking & rafting, as well as standing on the sideline watching his two beautiful daughters play soccer and/or volleyball.
