Background in government housing programs & Public Relations lead to Realtor. Single mom with children moved to Delaware in 1970 from Maryland. Small town living was a refreshing new start. My self-motivation took me to learning about mortgage programs & how to qualify all income buyers, including handholding first time homebuyers. Worked with developer for over 30 years from selecting raw land through home sales while active in resale homes with sellers and homebuyers, including military (DAFB) and corporate executives. I have gained a reputation for knowledge of new construction (both stick built & modular) and creative mortgage programs so my customers get the best interest rates and terms for their home loan. I have taught real estate classes at housing counseling agencies, and served on our local and state board of Realtors. Twice Realtor Associate of the Year for Kent County AOR, and advanced to the Hall of Fame with REMAX nationally. Raised three children and stay active with grandchildren. Love to sew, decorate & rehab homes, see good movies, and travel. I am a planner, organizer and problem solver. References provided upon request.
