Hello Im Trevor Bayer, I have had my real estate license for about 10years, and earned my Broker's license in 2014. I got my Bachelors degree from Kutztown Univerity in Pennsylvania, and have been involved in home improvement and construction for over 15 years. I have worked in real estate on Anna Maria Island for 5 years. I am a full time resident on the Island, and have lived here since I moved here from Allentown, Pennsylvania 5 years ago, and loving every minute of it. When I first came to Anna Maria I found it to be an amazing place to live with all of the amazing natural beauty, and the countless activities, to enjoy like going fishing, boating, biking or just going to hang out on the beach. One of my favorites is Bocce on the beach, if you are not familiar with the game Ill teach you. I am a full time realtor, and one of my favorite parts of my job is showing customers the many different and unique homes this Island has to offer, and seeing their faces when they find their dream home. I also specialize in investment properties, breaking the numbers to provide you with an accurate Return on Investment portfolio on any property.
