In 2010, Mike and I opened Premier Homes Realty, an independent real estate brokerage, focused on customer service. We know that changing real estate markets, rising interest rates, inflation, and economic uncertainty create significant financial difficulty for buyers and sellers to meet their goals. We work hard to help our customers overcome those difficulties.
Recognized by both Forbes and Fortune Magazines as Real Estate Professionals for the past several years, we have sold approximately 194 million in real estate. In 2022, our daughter, Kari Francom joined the company. Today, our mother/daughter team has become one of North Floridas top realty teams.
Our principal philosophy is that our customers should keep as much of their money as possible. We take care of our customers, and the dollars take care of themselves. As an independent brokerage, we can modify our commissions. For sellers, we will list your home for only 4% real estate commission. If we personally bring in the buyer, we will reduce your cost to only 3% commission. For buyers, we will pay up to 1% of the purchase price towards your closing costs and prepaids, subject to your lender approval.
A licensed real estate agent since 2005, Tari obtained her brokers license in 2022. She also holds a Broker Price Opinion and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designations. Kari provided staff support for the company while completing her bachelors degree and obtained her real estate license in 2022.
Tari specializes in new construction, residential property management, residential rentals, residential resales, short sales, buyers and sellers transactions.
