Let me introduce myself, I am married to my wonderful supportive wife Alexandria and a father and step father to 6 wonderful children. I first moved to Yreka in 1987 where I attended Yreka High. In 1993 I relocated to Seattle before I returned to the area in 1994. I went on to live in a few areas of Northern California which include areas such as Redding, Chico and Sacramento. I moved back to Yreka in 2002. I finally dedcided to take the plunge into Real Estate in 2007. I started my career with Century 21 Advantage in Mt. Shasta, I realized that trying to learn a market area and the business was difficult so I joined Coldwell Banker Chris Kutzkey, REALTORS in Yreka. I had a rough first full year of real estate in 2008, I spent a good portion of that year just trying to figure it all out and building relationships. But it began to come together in 2009, I did 1.3 Million in sales, represented 22 sales and finished 39th out of 100+ Realtors in Siskiyou County, not bad for a market that is adjusting. I began my career in this adjusting market, so it is the only market I know, I am optimistic, energetic, I enjoy challenges and assisting Buyers and Sellers in their buying and/or selling endeavors.
