Before joining Railey Realty she started her career with Appalachian Land Service as an assistant then progressed to Sales Manager and Land Specialist in WV & MD. She advanced to become the Sales Manager for Wisp Resort Development and repositioned into Resort Real Estate Sales for Wisp Resort. Whether her clients are sellers or buyers, Nancy takes great pride in listening to her clients needs, making their real estate process smooth, successful and transparent. Prior to her real estate career, she was the recreation director and tour guide for Wisp Resort, dance teacher, swimming and ski instructor including teaching paraplegics and the blind, taught applied arts as a Garrett College Adjunct Instructor and known for teaching and creating split oak baskets from creating the materials to making the baskets. She is passionate about her community and served on the Garrett County American Red Cross Board, was a founding member for Dancing Classrooms of the Alleghenies, oversaw and instructed the Deep Creek Lake Lions Club Blind Skiing Program.
