I have been a Breckenridge - Summit County, CO resident for almost 40 years, having attended high school in Frisco, CO in the early 70s, and then returning to Breckenridge, Colorado for good in 1980.
Prior to entering the field of real estate marketing and sales, I served a total of six years as a Hospital Corpsman with the Navy and Marine Corps, and then studying business at both North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota.
I've been licensed as a full-time Real Estate Broker since 1984 and continue to enjoy my real estate career. I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with so many clients with diverse real estate needs and desires. Many of these clients have become close friends, which just adds to the enjoyment of living and playing in our diverse Summit County.
I actively market and sell real estate with Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties in the Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon areas while also serving as the Branch Manager for our Frisco and Breckenridge offices, and mentoring new agents just beginning their real estate sales careers.
