Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, I grew up with a strong work ethic and mid western pride. I believe in treating people like I want to be treated and great things will happen. My passion is real estate and with over twenty years of contract negotiating experience I will strive to meet your needs with the utmost commitment. My wife Karla and I moved to the valley in 2008 for the opportunities that the area has for Real Estate investments. We continuously work at growing our number of units and keep a close eye on the market trend. I am also a member of South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors along with the National Association of Realtors and the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service . I reached member status of the Multi-Million dollar club in the first ten months of my first year of sales. Recent accolades include 2015 Russ Wald "Top Ranked Realtor in AZ" , 2015 Ranking AZ Best of the Best "Relocation Expert" and West USA Realty Revelation has been chosen Top Agents Magazine "Company of the Year".
