Codi was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She became licensed in 2009 and began her real estate career in Austin, Texas. She worked with several top agents and gained invaluable experience from the ever-growing real estate market. From there she hit the ground running and became a multi-million dollar producer working with buyers, sellers, relocation families and investors all while managing 100 agents in her office. In 2013 she relocated to San Antonio, bought a home in Alamo Heights with her husband, and joined the CORIE PROPERTIES team. Her success followed her to San Antonio, and she didn't skip a beat! Codi is a problem solver, hard worker and a go-getter but her biggest passion is to help people.
