As a Florida native and UCF alumna, Tamara is passionate about serving the real estate market in a place she is proud to call home. With over 500 closings with Infinity, she has a proven track record, which brings valuable knowledge and experience to every transaction.
Starting off as a property consultant in 2005, Tamara worked with investment- and second-home buyers of resort communities in Orlando and Daytona Beach, Florida. She traveled throughout the Eastern US to trade shows in major cities such as Boston, New York, and D.C. where she promoted new and pre-construction villas, luxury high-rise condos, and single-family vacation homes.
In 2010, she began working as a licensed Realtor representing residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. With an attractive investor market during this time, she soon became well-versed in negotiating short sale and foreclosure transactions, coordinating property rehabs, and marketing these newly renovated homes to end-user buyers or tenants.
In 2014, she collaborated with another top agent in the development of a property management division with Infinity Real Estate, and currently manages an extensive portfolio of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes for her owners in the U.S. and all over the world.
When she's not crunching numbers, Tamara loves switching focus to her owner-occupant buyers, whether it be to sell their family home for top dollar and/or land them a fantastic deal on their new dream home. With a passion for education, she finds working with first-time buyers especially rewarding, and strives to make this new experience stress-free while showing them the ropes of successful homeownership along the way!
Tamara is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and ORRA Property Management Council.
