As a power player in the Washington, DC real estate scene for nearly a decade, Dana led the developer sales efforts for Lionsgate, 10101 Grosvenor and The Gallery at White Flint in Bethesda, as well as for Turnberry Tower in Arlington. In total, Dana has sold nearly one billion dollars in luxury real estate sales and written over 600 contracts, representing both sellers and buyers. This is more than a business to Dana. She is a multi-Award winner of the Great American Living Award.Dana began her real estate career in 2004 as a member of one of the nation's top-ranked real estate teams. Prior to real estate, Dana worked as an account executive for a public relations agency where she managed in the overall direction and implementation of programs to increase visibility on numerous client accounts through multiple outlets including: business and high-tech trade publications, broadcast media, trade shows, media tours, and speaker placements. Additionally, she advised her clients on positioning and capitalizing on opportunities that enhance exposure and sales. She also provided end analysis on their campaigns effectiveness in strengthen her clients reputation and sales growth. Prior to public relations, Dana was a fundraiser and campaign developer at various organizations, including Advocates for Youth and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she executed major donor programs; spearheaded ambitious direct mail programs; organized creative fundraising events; and discovered untapped funding opportunities from foundations and boards of directors. Born in Bombay, India, Dana is a proud alumnus of Virginia Tech. She lives in Bethesda with her husband and their four children and is an avid runner. Also an integral member of her community, Dana is proud to support Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Our House, Adopt-an-Angel, and Smile Train.
