Gay was nominated for the Collier's circle of Excellence Awards in 2006 and 2008. While in commercial real estate. Gay was a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, CREW Sacramento, selected as Member of the Year 2003, served as National Delegate for three years, as President, and also served on a national committee.
