I have been selling real estate for 5+ years, however my real estate experience is extended to 10 plus years. I started out marketing real estate in 2005. I learned how to successfully get homes sold through internet, print, and reverse prospecting. After my marketing position I moved to transaction coordination, here I mastered contracts, how to write and efficiently review to make sure buyers/sellers were protected. I then became the office manager which lead to work with different types of personalities and how to work within the solution, not the problem. I manage a short sale company 123 short sales, which required me to get my real estate license I have not looked back. I found my passion is helping others achieve their dream home! I do also have a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, which I obtained in 2012.
