Born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, Pavel is multi-lingual, a licensed pilot and certified ski instructor. He began his Real Estate and building career in 1973 in Michigan, where he built more than 300 custom homes near Ann Arbor and Detroit. After moving to Southern California, he also practiced real estate and later was employed by J.M. Peters Company, a prestigious Newport Beach-based residential developer.
