Tricia is a Tampa native who has lived in Tampa most of her life except for a short time she lived in Atlanta. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. Tricia began selling real estate actively 10 years ago after raising her 3 children. At that time she went to work for Smith and Associates where she continues to today. Her first year at Smith and Associates was spent mainly assisting customers relocating to the Tampa area through several companies she continues to work with to this day.
