Greg Ellingson was born and raised in Baker City, Oregon where he excelled at academics and sports. Greg was accepted to the Air Force Academy where he played football and graduated at the top of his class. He spent the next 8 years as an Air Force officer in L.A. and Cape Canaveral helping develop satellites and future space systems. After many years in the space industry, Greg started investing in real estate and began to understand the need for a competent, professional real estate company that would provide quality service. In 2007, Greg started his own company, Ellingson Properties, with his vision of a Team approach to real estate in Brevard County Florida. Greg combined his hometown family values and understanding of technology as an Air Force officer to build a company that treats home buyers and sellers as family, while providing the results they would expect from a leader in a world class organization. His goal, then and now, is to provide peace and comfort in home buying and selling with a higher level of competence, personal accountability and integrity.Greg structured Ellingson Properties to take advantage of the benefits of new technologies while still providing the tried and true service which has helped his many clients with home buying, selling and relocations. This award was the only web site in Brevard County to place in the contest that year. Then, and now, the Award Winning web site is valuable to the consumer with its ease of navigation, ease of navigation and lead generation offerings. Since the beginning of his full time real estate career, Greg has sold between $10 million and $26 million in Brevard County real estate each year making him one of the highest grossing brokers in all of Brevard County. Greg is the Broker/Owner of Ellingson Properties, is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Melbourne Association of Realtors and holds the following designations: Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE); Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS); Graduate of The Realtor Institute
