Teddi first became licensed as a real estate broker in 2004 in Florida while falling in love with the art deco design and mid-century architecture in Miami. She embarked on a real estate career and was soon a top producer at her firm in South Beach. She made her name with her marketing prowess, attentive around-the-clock concierge service and strategic decision making, She went on to have her own brokerage, became known as the iconic "Condo Queen" in South Beach. After a brief stint with the American Institute of Architects in DC, and getting licensed in VA, DC, MD and WV -she specializes in architecturally significant homes . In addition to helping buyers and sellers, she invests in her own projects, does interior design work and project design and management for investors.
