John graduated UC Santa Barbara in 2012 with a degree in Economics and Accounting with plans to move back to Miami to become a CPA. Just before attending the University of Miami for his Masters in Accounting, a friend in South FL asked John if he wanted to take a 1-week real estate course next week. The timing was perfect, and, he ended up getting a real estate license in early 2013. He found out quickly he much preferred helping clients with their real estate needs to being an accountant, and nearly a decade later, he and Ana are thriving together in the wild world of South Florida real estate.
In his free time, Johns enjoys extreme sports, snowboarding, rollerblading (on ramps and rails, etc.), is a nature enthusiast, hiker, world traveler, owns Bitcoin, and loves to cook!
John specializes in luxury, first time home buyers, investments, commercial, single family and multifamily transactions.
