My name is Junell Pasquarelli, NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner of Junell Realty LLC. I am going on 5 years experience with real estate sales, but I was a real estate paralegal for 13 years prior to my sales career. I am honest, dependable and give all of my clients and customers 150% in each and every transaction. I believe in offering the very best customer service possible and keeping anyone I work with informed at all stages during their buying or selling experience. I handle buying or selling homes, businesses, vacant land & foreclosures in several area counties which include, but are not limited to, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Albany and Rensselaer Counties. NO matter what you maybe looking to buy or sell it is likely your largest investment in your life. You need to work with someone you trust, like and feel is honestly working for you, and that is the service I offer. This process can be exciting and fun, but also nerve wrecking and stressful. Because I honestly do feel that YOUR move matters, I treat my clients just as I wish to be treated and treat every transaction if it were my very own home or business. Junell Realty LLC was formed in 2015. Since then I have 2 agents now working for Junell Realty LLC. Daniel Ruggeri, NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Carol Paciolla, NYS Licensed Associate Broker joined my company in 2015.
On a personal side, I love animals and cherish my 2 dogs, (Whisky & Abigail) 2 horses (Peanut & Saratoga) and 2 kitties (Fat Cat & Cheetah). In January 2017, I will be celebrating my 1 year anniversary with my Husband, Thomas Pasquarelli Jr. In what little down time I manage to find, I enjoy being outside and doing anything at all. Landscaping, riding horses, swimming, walking the dogs, riding the ranger, snowmobile, motorcycle & skiing. I enjoy advocating and giving to the local animal shelters & rescue groups so those homeless pets in need can hopefully find their forever & loving homes. I am also a PROUD SUPPORTER OF OUR VETERANS. I cannot thank the people that have served our country, are serving our country or those considering to serve our country enough, including my nephew, Gregory Lawrence Perron III who is currently serving with our US Navy. My family and I love and support our Veterans.
