My job as a Full Service Realtor is to help my clients buy or sell homes and I do that with a level of service and commitment to exceed typical expectations. To find that perfect home or make that quick sale, I have to be ready to respond quicker, know the market better, be smarter than the other agent when drafting a contract, and know what features are going to sell your home in today's market. These are skills I have perfected in my career as a Realtor over the last 20 years and why my clients place their trust in me.

Choosing a Realtor is more important than many people may realize when they first start the process of a home purchase or sale. For most people, this is the largest financial transaction you will ever make. This time of transition is also typically fraught with a lot of emotion and risk. That is why it is so important to make sure you have a seasoned agent who has the experience, skill and knowledge to educate you on the market, financing, transaction process and options and negotiate the best possible deal and make the process seamless. With close to 300 transactions closed, my clients can feel confident knowing that I am prepared to handle just about any situation that may arise in this complicated and detailed process.

I work with sellers to make sure their homes are positioned to sell by using my extensive market knowledge and research of their particular area to price and position the home to sell quickly with the least issues and surprises. This may include help with any updates, repairs, staging/decorating and marketing strategies to make sure they realize the best profit possible depending on their life situation. All listings are presented professionally with eye catching photography and promoted online with maximum exposure on the most relevant outlets. I also still believe in old fashioned networking and thinking out of the box for those unique and hard to sell properties.

My buyers receive the benefit of my expertise in market knowledge, industry contacts and relationships, familiarity with homes, schools, communities and neighborhoods, and my diligence in securing and negotiating the best deal possible. That sometimes includes making sure buyers get the benefit of my expertise in negotiating for their dream home in a multiple offer situation, or advising them honestly when a home is overpriced or not a good investment and they need to walk away.

I have extensive experience in marketing homes at all price points, working with Relocation sellers and buyers (experience with Shell, Exxon, Entergy, Honeywell, Blue Cross, BASF, Marathon Oil and more) and representing builders and developers in new construction.
