Born and raised in Portland I believe growing up in Maine allows me the ability to provide outstanding service to my clients through my knowledge of the area and the people. I am committed to guiding my clients with the utmost skill, honesty and integrity. I believe in developing a trusting relationship in order to successfully achieve the real estate goals of every client.
Licensed since June 2002. I have sold just over 133 million to date and have been recognized for outstanding sales performance 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012, 2013,2014,2015,2016. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the Portland Board of Realtors.
I specialize in single family homes, condominiums and land, working with both buyers and sellers. My area of expertise is greater Portland, including Yarmouth, Falmouth, Cumberland, South Portland, Scarborough, North Yarmouth, Freeport, Gray/New Gloucester, Brunswick/Topsham, Harpswell, Phippsburg & the Lakes Region. In addition I have become well versed in ocean & lake front properties.
Married in 1999 to my wife Lisa, we have lived in Yarmouth since 2005 and are the proud parents to twins, Jack and Maya, born in 2005. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in the television/radio media buying industry as a media buyer, company director and business owner. I graduated from Cheverus High School in 1991 and earned my Bachelors of Science degree (Biology) from Stonehill College in 1995. I coached high school hockey for over 10 years and continue to play hockey with good friends who are former college/pro players who still enjoy "lacing them up." Outside of the real estate industry, I focus much of my time with my friends and family, enjoying the great Maine outdoors, particularly boating, skiing and hiking, and a strong interest in sports.
