His private sector work includes Vice President of PGE's (Portland General Electric) real estate development group that completed substantial projects in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and the Southwest US. He was also a Director of the companys Integrated Energy Services Group, responsible for developing comprehensive district energy and related utility solutions in the U.S. and Canada.
In the public sector, Mr. Dicus worked for the City of Beaverton managing downtown redevelopment and the municipal district energy system (receiving 2007 award from Harvards Kennedy School as one of the most innovative projects in the U.S.). In 2010, Mr. Dicus undertook management (Senior Advisor) of the Ranger Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to preserving the USS Ranger as a community heritage center.
In 2013, Mr. Dicus joined Windermere Realty Group and is responsible strategic and operations planning, development, public outreach and real estate sales. He also provides consulting support to financial services, real estate and energy companies.
