Thats because my first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how I can best help them. Im an active listener and the insight I gain helps me to more accurately address a clients wants and needs.
Next I give them the information they need to move through the buying or selling process with the least possible stress or uncertainty. My belief is that knowledge of todays market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable.
Seeking a lifetime adventure, I came to Fort Collins with my girlfriend, now my wife of 34 years, in 1983. It didnt take long for me to realize that my love for the mountains and the opportunities of the area helped make Fort Collins my home since.
Outside of work Im usually grinning ear-to-ear while spending time with family, enjoying the great outdoors, home brewing and cooking a great meal. I studied business at the University of Wyoming and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I started my real estate career with RE/MAX in 2003.
