With over 10 years in the industry and a proven track record of helping real estate dreams come true - whether buying or selling residential, land or commercial real estate. Formerly an Associate Broker at Rawls Realty and Realtor at Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners I moved on to purchase my own business suite in June 2023, which led to the inception of Renaissance Realty South LLC, my very own brokerage company.
My top priorities in the real estate industry for my Agents, as well as myself, are to disseminate the knowledge and information to help potential buyers get in position to purchase their homes, assist buyers in finding the perfect home for them, and assist sellers with getting their homes SOLD for the highest possible value. I must also add that, at Renaissance Realty South LLC, from contract to close is not just a transaction, it's an experience tailored to the needs of our clients. We strive to provide higher level of services to make our clients' experiences pleasurable, well informed and memorable to where they come back and refer their family, friends and associates.
As a former School Principal, I realize the need to have a competent and highly qualified team. As a Disabled American Veteran of the United States Air Force, I have an affinity toward military families. I understand the unique culture , the stress of deployment, the difficulties in transitioning, demand for good schools, and the need to have peace of mind in the relocation process.
