Silvia started Nemer Real Estate as a Broker/Owner in 2018. However, she has been involved in the development side of the real estate industry since 1998. Her family developed neighborhoods in in Alachua and Lake Counties, including Wellendorf, Abbington Oaks, San Felasco Estates, Wingspread, The Glen and the Tara branded communities.
Silvia moved to Gainesville in 1998 at the start of her freshman year of high school. She completed her last two years of high school at Santa Fe Community College before continuing on to receive two masters degrees in International Business and Construction Management from the University of Florida. Silvia and her husband, Bassel Nemer, have three amazing children.
During her free time, Silvia enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her children at their soccer games.
Silvia specializes in land acquisition, lot sales, project development, hoa creation and site design transactions.
