To know and understand the downtown real estate market, I believe you must live, work and play downtown. For the past 10 years I have resided in our great city. As Broker/Owner of HSG Realty, I take my role as an ambassador very seriously. Downtown and the surrounding areas have much to offer those who want to live and experience the urban lifestyle.

When my wife and I began looking for our new loft downtown we had to decide between a traditional, rustic, industrial style loft or a modern urban chic condominium. Regardless, St. Louis had the lofts and condos that met our needs. Ultimately we decided on the Dorsa Lofts on Washington Avenue and have never looked back. It was my business partner, Suzanne Hunn, who introduced us to the loft style we ultimately chose. She encouraged me to join her in real estate. We love the urban lifestyle. It is like no other. If we want to try a different venue or restaurant, the many and diverse restaurants, bars and entertainment establishments provide opportunity to meet new neighbors while enjoying all the city has to offer. Living only blocks away from Busch Stadium we enjoyed the St. Louis Cardinals celebration of winning World Series Championships like this in 2011. We love NHL hockey so we attend St. Louis Blues games at the Scottrade Center. When we want to slow down and relax with great classical music and the opera we take in shows at the newly renovated Stifel Opera House or the world famous Fox Theatre. When we look to prepare that gourmet meal we shop at The Culinaria for the freshest food and bakery goods, cold beer and top rated wines.

Regardless of our interests, downtown has much to offer in a friendly, fun atmosphere.
