Courtney began her real estate career in 2014, but prior to real estate she started her career in the construction industry working for a local contractor in St. Augustine while in high school. She went on to get her Building Contractors license in 2005 and continued to build spec homes throughout St. Johns County. In 2008 she decided to further her education and moved to Savannah to attend Savannah College of Art and Design. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors in Historic Preservation and a Minor in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Real estate was a natural fit for Courtney as she made a successful career of it selling properties from St. Augustine to Steinhatchee and everywhere in between. She prides herself on building genuine, long lasting relationships with her clients. Courtney stays busy with her career and son, but when she gets some free time you can often find her on a boat fishing, soaking up the sun.
