Nathan Arnold became interested in real estate while studying business management at the University of South Carolina, where he majored in Real Estate. Following graduation, he began his real estate career in new home sales with local homebuilder McGuinn Homes. After several years of service and success, he accepted an opportunity with regional homebuilder Mungo Homes and eventually became a sales trainer, mentor, and top producing agent for the company. After 10 years of successful service in the new home construction industry, Nathan decided to make a change in his career path and accepted the Team Leader position at Keller Williams Columbia NE. Nathan enjoys pursuing challenges in life, is passionate about real estate sales and the personal and economic freedom offered within the industry to those willing to work for it, and loves helping others reach their full potential. He is a strong advocate of education and continuous improvement and learning. Nathan enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two young children, family and friends, playing soccer, hiking/backpacking, kayaking, and being outdoors.
