Wally joined the real estate industry in 2006 blossoming a small property management company with 40 properties to a 300+ property enterprise within 4 years. In addition to his property management experience, Wally also has overseen numerous project developments, including extensive renovations, flips and custom construction. With a passion for consulting and client service, Wally shifted from property management to mastering residential and investment acquisition in 2013. As a residential investment acquisition specialist, Wallys primary focus became the identification and evaluation of off market opportunities. In addition to transaction management, this new role required that Wally sharpen his expertise regarding renovation budgets and market values. Since 2015, Wally's primary focus has been representing clients best interests regarding purchase and sales of residential real estate. Outside the office youll find Wally exploring the Northwest with his Wife Erica, Daughter Karis, Son Jacob, labradoodle Tucker and German Sheppard Sunny. As an avid participant in recreational sports, Wally seizes every opportunity to participate with local football, softball and baseball teams. When the opportunity presents itself he also attempts to improve and his semi-hopeless golf game.
