He believes that his clients deserve to successfully reach their goals, and that his clients should have someone who will work tirelessly to locate the best properties as well as negotiate competently to get them the best financial outcome. Along with earning the Certified Negotiation Expert designation, Rick has extensive experience in negotiating hundreds of real estate transactions.
From his five years exclusively working with new home construction, Rick has a thorough understanding of homes from the ground up that is rare to find in todays industry. This experience also laid the groundwork for his customer service systems, ensuring that his clients receive excellent communication and have a complete understanding of the buying process.
Rick has a Bachelors degree in Business from NAU. He has acquired many awards from Rookie of the Year to Customer Service and Platinum Sales awards. He has earned CNE and CSSN designations, and is a member of the TAR, AAR, and NAR.
