Bryce Lugo, founder of The Lugos at My Home Group, is a true "Arizonan" through and through. Born and raised in Phoenix, Bryce knows the valley like the back of his hand. He began his career in landscape design with The Green Goddess Nursery. Working in this industry created a unique opportunity to sharpen his sales and negotiation skills, while also growing an appreciation for landscape aesthetics. Bryce graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and left The Green Goddess to begin a new career in finance, where he spent several years as an analyst for first Charles Schwab then with American Express. Bryce is passionate about cars (find him every year at Barrett-Jackson!), good beer, and their four rescued dogs: Jack, Cupcake, Colby, and Roosevelt.
